Is it possible for my ring to get scratched if I wear it every day?
Yes, it's important to note that sterling silver is a relatively soft metal, so it is prone to scratching over time. However, we encourage you to wear your ring every day. Your ring is a work of art meant to be enjoyed regularly, not just reserved for special occasions. Just like people, jewelry can develop imperfections and character with time. Embrace the journey with your ring, understanding that, like all cherished possessions, it may accumulate minor scratches, dents, or bends as you wear it daily. What should I do if I fall between two ring sizes, like 8.5 and 9, and can my ring be resized?
If you find yourself between sizes, such as 8.5 and 9, our general recommendation is to opt for the smaller size. There is nothing worse then losing a ring because it can easily slide over your knuckle. However, if upon receiving your ring, you realize it needs to be slightly larger, we can certainly assist with resizing. Our resizing process is modern and does not involve the application of heat, the addition of metal, or alterations to the original design.

It's worth noting that resizing to make a ring smaller is not possible due to the high thermal conductivity of silver. Therefore, we are unable to reduce a ring's size beyond its listed measurement. If you order a size 8.5 and request a size 9 in the comments, we can accommodate this adjustment. However, if you request an extreme size change, such as converting an 8.5 into an 11, we regretfully won't be able to fulfill the order, as it would compromise the integrity of the ring.

If you receive your ring and find that it only requires a minor adjustment to make it slightly larger, please return it to us, and we'll increase the size by a quarter, provided it hasn't undergone resizing previously.
I've spotted a ring with a stone I adore, but it's not available in my size. Can I request a custom ring with that same stone?
